instagram artist

I really love artists who are active on instagram. I followed an artist called Trevor Shin, and about 2 years ago, I dmed him with a photo of me when I was a kid, and I also sent a graphite sketch portrait I attentively did for him (in order to exchange for a portrait of mine). He replied!!!! and he posted an illustration he did of me on his insta!!!! I was so shocked because I never expected that he would ever reply.

He was so nice and did an amazing illustration for me. I feel like artists on instagram are very down to earth, even though he is very talented. 

and by scrolling their feed, I can see their art and style evolution. They have a more dynamic form of artistic growth.
