Art Therapy for Body & Mind
When art therapy is mentioned, it's common to think of people using art to express traumatic events, such as veterans with PTSD. Sometimes one might think of guided art activities in an inpatient mental health clinic or even guided imagery for hospitalized patients. However, eating disorders are not often associated with the benefits of art therapy. This article from Indiana University talks about how a professor is trying to change this.
