Tactile Art for the Blind
Because most of us think of art as a visual experience, we often forget how different senses can be stimulated in the name of art. Specifically, one artist aims to create portraits that provide tactile stimulation for those that are blind. Andrew Myers drills screws into plywood and then paints them to create his 3-D pieces that can be experienced by both sighted people and blind people.
