Artist's Block?
These are two interesting websites that you can use whenever you're facing artist block. Great for designing characters, situations, or maybe even little things to practice designing/drawing for practice. The first link generates prompts anywhere between elaborate and simple ideas for how to think of interesting ideas, whilst the second offers more control in terms of what types of ideas you want to get.
